Welcome to Stillness Reset Co. (ABN 79 193 009 976). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your participation in our wellness programmes, coaching, breathwork, and sound bath sessions (the "Services").

By booking a session, attending an event, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Medical Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

Not Medical Advice: Our Services (including breathwork, sound healing, energy healing, and coaching) are holistic wellness practices. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or psychiatric treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

Contraindications: Certain practices, particularly conscious-connected breathwork and sound baths, may not be suitable for individuals with severe cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, glaucoma, severe mental health conditions (such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder), or those who are pregnant. It is your strict responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider before participating if you have any pre-existing conditions.

Duty to Disclose: You agree to fully disclose any relevant medical history or concerns to your practitioner prior to the commencement of any session. By participating, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the Services.

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment for private sessions, events, and corporate programmes must be made in full prior to the commencement of the Service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD).

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that circumstances change, however, late cancellations significantly impact our business.

• Private Sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Corporate Programmes & Retreats: Due to the extensive planning required, corporate events and retreats require a minimum of 14 days' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Deposits for corporate bookings are strictly non-refundable.
• Events & Women's Circles: Tickets to group events are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend, provided you notify us in writing prior to the event.

4. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the Service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the Service rectified in a reasonable time, and if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the ACL), Stillness Reset Co. and its practitioners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injury, or loss arising out of your participation in our Services. Our liability for any breach of a statutory guarantee is limited to the resupply of the Services or the cost of having the Services supplied again.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the property of Stillness Reset Co. and is protected by Australian copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
